A man accused a woman in a low cut dress of sexual harassment. he saw her when he was shopping and dragged her to a police station saying "it was clear from the way she was dressed that she wanted to seduce me".
In the great Lunar New Year migration (total 1.89 billion trips), transportation is scarce. Police stopped a prison van and found that in addition to the prisoner it was also carrying 11 paying passengers. The prisoner was being transported to hosp[ital for treatment for a contagious disease.
