Desktop Icon Manipulator

This one doesn't do much. I just knocked it together as a result of a question at Experts Exchange. Someone wanted some code samples of how to remove the shotcut icons from the desktop & restore them again later. This program does just that.

Still in development, doesn't yet handle directories on the desktop.
